Water Conditioner Media

1. How is it different from Water Softener Media / Resin ?

Water Softener resin works on Ion Exchange principle and release sodium back to the water and therefore requires to be recharged / regenerated often using Sodium Chloride / common Salt. This leads to lots of maintenance work for consumers and also has associated harmful waste water.

Water Conditioner media converts the hardness minerals to harmless crystals and sends it along with the water, there by the scale formation is prevented and does not require any maintenance. The treated water has the benefits of soft water without any chemical alternation.
